Orders typically ship from our store within 3 business days from the date of the order. Saturday, Sunday, and federal holidays where USPS is closed are not business days.
Due to the highly customized and unique nature of our products, general returns are not accepted at this time. However, if you believe there is a problem with a product received or have questions about your order, please reply directly to your order email for the fastest assistance.
If an item is marked as delivered to your address by the carrier, it is your responsibility to locate the item, including following up with your local USPS post master if necessary. When an item is marked delivered to your address, we cannot assist in locating it.
