Shipping policy

Orders typically ship within 3 business days from the date of the order. Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays where the post office is not open, are not shipping days.

If an order seems to be lost in transit, please contact us to arrange a replacement.

If an item is marked delivered to your address by your mail carrier, it is your responsibility to locate the package or inquire with your local postmaster. We cannot locate a package after it is marked delivered.
